The parking lot is for business purposes only. Do not park or pull into the parking lot for any reason (unloading, drop off, etc).
We strive to give you and the community, the best possible Smash 4 competitive experience we can achieve. We work hard to prioritize your needs over grandstanding or financial gain. No secrets, no excuses, just great events.
SMASH 4 TOURNAMENT RULES
We will be following the Evo Ruleset
BASIC RULES
- Stock and time are set to 2 stocks and 6 minutes.
- Items are set to off.
- Team Attack / Friendly Fire: ON
- Damage ratio is set to 1.0
- Custom Fighters & Custom Moves are set to off.
- Amiibos are not allowed.
- We do not allow Gentlemens agreements. You must play maps that are set.
- All DLC characters are allowed.
- Patch version 1.1.6 will be used.
- Mii Fighters are legal. Each setup will have 1111 Mii Brawlers/Swordsmen/
Gunners available for use (Using Default A-F standard size Miis provided on console). No other specials for Mii Fighters are allowed. Players cannot transfer existing Miis to a setup.

STAGE STRIKING
Players/team engage in a battle of Rock Paper Scissor (best of 1). Winner strikes the first stage. Loser strikes the next two stages. Winner strikes the last one effectively choosing the first stage they play on. (1-2-1)
STAGE CLAUSE
A player/team may not pick any stage they previously won on during the set. (Match 1, 2, 3, etc.)
STAGE BANS
During the stage ban phase, the player/team who won the previous game may ban 1 stage from either the Starter or Counterpick lists.
I don’t think I'm good enough. Should I still participate?
We encourage everyone to participate in our Smash 4 weekly – regardless of skill level. You’ll only get better by practicing! If space allows, we also have consoles available for friendly matches.
If I'm participating in the tournament, do I also need to pay the venue fee?
Yes, you do. The tournament fee goes towards the pool, while the venue fee goes towards paying for the upkeep, maintenance, and further improvements to our event space.
How do payouts work?
Payout are determined by the number of individuals who participate in any given tournament. Each person’s entry fee will go towards the cash pot, which will be split based on the over-all event attendance, so more people = more money!
- 50 people or less (Top 3) – 60/30/10
- 51-99 (Top 4) – 55/30/10/5
- 100+ (Top 8) – 60/20/10/4/2/2/1/1
I don't live in the Bay Area. What can I do?

Do you serve food or alcohol?
While we don’t offer full meals or alcohol on site, we have a snack bar with an assortments of tasty treats and drinks! We have an assortment of chips, candy bars, hot pockets, sodas, and energy drinks. We also have fridge and microwave on site, so feel free to bring your own.
What about restaurants in the area?
There is plenty of food in the area. Taco Bell, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Wienerschnitzel, Starbucks, and Jack in Box are fast food options within about 1 mile of the venue. Some more hearty options include: Wingstop, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, and Royal Taj India Cuisine.
There’s also a Safeway and a Lunardi’s Market not too far.
